Prasad Jaiswal is a young businessman in the city of Nagpur . He has a  shop in prime locality of Gandhibaug which is well known in the region for wholesale business of Sarees.He has been in this business just one year back. Earlier ,his father used to look into the business .But due to his poor health and growing age ,Prasad has taken over the business.Traditionally ,they were the wholesale traders of only sarees. But after Prasad has joined the business ,he has introduced retailing of T-shirts,Leggings ,Tops for girls & boys. Prasad is a young graduate & has completed Bachelors of Business administration recently.

           After doing the business for an year ,he was facing many difficulties in the day to day operation of the business. Currently ,the same business style was continued which his father used to follow.He observed that he has to depend excessively on his Diwanji for every sort of business operation. Each transaction was recorded by Diwanji in pen & paper format. Enormous amount of book keeping had to be done everyday which wasted considerable amount of time. Moreover ,if an old customer came to check his transactions ,lot of efforts had to be taken for searching the required book. Customer used to be very dissatisfied if it took a long time.In wholesale business, payments are done partially by the customer. Hence ,many times there is misunderstanding between the customer & seller about the amount being paid.Sometimes ,this resulted in a loss just to pacify the customers. Not just this, as the business was growing the number of customers were increasing . To maintain the details of each and every customer had become a real problem for him. Since Prasad had also started a retail business ,accounting had become a big issue for him.

                               Prasad was BBA graduate.He decided to change the business operations completely.He decided to make to use of computers for financial accounting purposes and wanted to make day to day operation more simplified. One of the most important thing he wanted to do was to reduce his dependency on Diwanji and bring transparency in the business. Hence he started to search for the softwares that could solve his problems and make his life easy.He looked for "Xero" software on google market place.The software helped to see our bank balances ,recent sales,tracking of inventories ,making of invoices ,making bill payments to creditors and up-to-date reporting of all original transactions. Moreover , it had provisions to account for currency fluctuation as well. After looking at this software ,Prasad was not very satisfied. He wanted  good and easy interface which lacked in Xero.Then he looked into "Wave Accounting Software" .This software was better than earlier one. It had a very good interface . It included all the features that "Xero" had. But it had a better dashboard . You could easily connect to different financial institutions. It could create financial reports like Balance Sheet,Sales Tax Report, Total Expenses etc.

                                       Prasad was happy to see this software . But it was going to help only him in Financial Accounting. Since he had launched retail business for youth segment , he wanted a better Customer Relationship Management . Then he found out the "YENDO" software . This software could provide him with both i.e Financial Accounting & CRM.In Financial Accounting ,in addition to all earlier features,in this he could do forecasting and sales projection from previous sales report.He could find the contacts of all the customers and vendors from their initials.In CRM,he could identify potential opportunities and in which stage they were in for likely doing the business.It also identified the source from where these customers were coming in.One of the most interesting features of this software was that he could get connected to social networking sites like Facebook & Twitter and publish the updates about the store.Since "Yendo" was providing him with  CRM and Accounting both with very easy to handle interface , Prasad decided to choose this software for his operation in the business.
